Doral Skilled Nursing (SNF) Project
For the past 4 years we have worked diligently to realize our vision for a 265 bed SNF in beautiful growing Doral. This fills an important need as today there is no skilled nursing to serve the community. This will be our fourth facility in Dade county. The first three facilities are five star rated and maintain greater than 95% occupancy. The three facilities are; Riverside (a 120 bed LTC facility), Victoria (a 264 bed, soon to be 312 bed complex care and rehab facility) and Riviera (a 223 bed rehab facility).
Doral Health Resort will feature an exceptional location with over 470,000 residents within a five-mile radius with a large percentage (19%) within the target market {65+) profile. The Project will have great visibility from the Palmetto Expressway (FL-826) and benefit from immediate access to nearby population, employment centers, and demand drivers in the Miami Metro Area. Doral Health Resort will further benefit from future synergies within Dora l’s new health district and the nearby Jackson West Medical Center. This locatio.n will be an incredible billboard, with thousands of cars passing our facility on a daily basis.
Doral Health Resort (DHR) will provide short-term and long term skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services, including respiratory therapy, wound care, dialysis, and other acute care services. With the “babyboomer” generation now reaching the age of 65 in mass, OHR is uniquely positioned to serve their needs and benefit from rapidly growing demand fundamentals.
